The Contact form element provides a direct line of communication between you and your visitors. Whether it's for inquiries, feedback, or potential collaborations, a well-designed contact form can significantly enhance user experience and boost your credibility.

Notes: The Contact form element is only available for the Shopify version. The submitted information will be sent to your store email address.

You can find and insert a Contact form element from the sidebar.

Important options

  • Name field: Options for the name field.

    • Show field: Show the field.

    • Require field: Visitors need to fill this field before submitting.

    • Label: Label for this field.

    • Placeholder: Placeholder for this field.

  • Email field: Options for the email field.

    • Label: Label for this field.

    • Placeholder: Placeholder for this field.

  • Phone field: Options for the phone field.

    • Show field: Show the field.

    • Require field: Visitors need to fill this field before submitting.

    • Label: Label for this field.

    • Placeholder: Placeholder for this field.

  • Message field: Options for the message field.

    • Label: Label for this field.

  • Confirm field: Options for the confirm box.

    • Show field: Show the field.

    • Required field: Visitors need to check the box before submitting.

    • Label: Label for the confirm box.

    • Checked by default: The confirm box is checked by default.

  • Submit button: Options for the submit button.

    • Label: Label for the submit button.

    • On success: Action after submission.

      • Show message: Show a message.

      • Redirect: Redirect to a URL.

    • Error message: Show an error message in case an error happens (invalid information, temporary server error).

  • Label color: Color for the labels.

  • Input color: Color for the inputs

  • Button color: Button color for the submit button.

  • Label size: Font size for the labels.

  • Input size: Font size for the inputs.
