Messenger is a simple, popular live chat solution for e-commerce store.
In this article, we will walk through the process of setting up Messenger chatbox on the page.
Step 1: Configure Messenger white-listed domain
In your Facebook page settings, go to Advanced messaging section and add your store domain, including https:// prefix as a white-listed domain.
Step 2: Find the Page ID
Go to About section of your Facebook page, you should find the page ID at the bottom. Copy it and go to the next step.
Step 3: Configure Messenger in Zeno
Inside Zeno Editor, go to Setting > Facebook Messenger and paste the page ID above.
The Messenger chatbox should appear after publishing the page.
