When entering Zeno Editor, you may encounter a white screen with error message "Oops, something went wrong 🙁".

The most common reasons of this errors are:

  • You access the Editor directly by its URL while your session has expired.

  • Shopify / BigCommerce server temporarily down.

  • Our server temporarily down.

The solutions:

  • Try open Zeno Page Builder from Shopify Admin or BigCommerce Admin (whether which platform you are using) to get your session renewed.

  • Contact our support team by live chat, we will investigate into the case.
